Specialized Training College(Recent Graduates):

Technical/Specialized Graduates(Expected Graduation and Recent Graduates): 

-     Uniform Commuting Allowance: JPY0-50,000 (included in the fixed salary) 

-     Fixed New Graduate Allowance: JPY20,000 (included in the fixed salary)


University/Graduate School Graduates (Expected Graduation and Recent Graduates), Specialized College Graduates: 

-     Uniform Commuting Allowance: JPY0-50,000 

-     Fixed New Graduate Allowance: JPY20,000


Additional allowances: Position allowance, qualification allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance,night shift allowance, special night shift allowance, dependent allowance,sales allowance, regional allowance, reporting allowance, sales allowance, etc.


■Salary Increase:

- Annually (April), considering age and performance for base salary adjustment.


■Bonuses:

- Twice a year (June and December), plus a final financial incentive in September based on company

performance for that fiscal year.

Note: 2023 year-end bonus was 2.5 months of salary (company-wide average).


■Holidays and Vacation:

 Four days on, two days off schedule (shift work)

 Annual holidays:144 days

 Paid vacation: 10days

 Vacation types:Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year’s vacation, bereavement leave,

maternity leave, childcare leave, caregiver leave, and refresh leave

Additional Notes:

- Special leave: Pre-approved special paid leave for events such as weddings, funerals, and maternity leave.

- End-of-year holiday: Up to 10 consecutive days off between 2023-2024.

- Summer vacation: Up to 8 consecutive days in 2022.

General Position (Manufacturing Operator)

【Variable Working Hours System】

- Actual working hours (per week): Average 38 hours and 19 minutes.

- Note: Prescribed working hours are 9 hours.

- Shift times: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM.

- A three-team, two-shift,day-night rotation system with 4 consecutive workdays and 2 consecutive off-days.
